Cable & Wireless Jamaica was seeking to select a suitable credit bureau to implement an integrated and automated end-to-end credit decisioning process to facilitate profitable sales of new and existing products across the FLOW branded organization. This included creating real-time credit rating/scoring as well as ID Verification for consumer and business subscribers who require goods and services with agreed credit terms. CRIF was selected as the preferred supplier for its information technology infrastructure capable of working alongside FLOW’s existing billing systems.

The objective was to create a state-of-the-art credit rating and customer onboarding system to be incorporated into FLOW’S business process to help mitigate their bad debt exposure on the sale of products, which include handsets and other telecommunication devices, along with all services such as data, mobile and telephony connectivity, in addition to the sale of directory products within the organization.
